This stress can become even more pronounced if the trip is for a sudden emergency or business need. Rather than impose on a neighbor or rely on a pet sitter with little animal care training, Norfolk County Veterinary Service can provide your pet with a safe, comfortable and fun place to stay while you are away.
Our recently remodeled boarding area is designed to provide a safe, comfortable and fun place for cats and small dogs (under 30 pounds) to stay while their owners are away. We can board dogs that weigh more than 30 pounds only if they require medical attention and/or supervision.
Our boarding facility is temperature controlled and has a separate room for cats so they can relax without being harried by boisterous dogs. We also specialize in boarding animals that need medical care while boarding and for postoperative recuperation.
