Airport Veterinary Hospital began serving the veterinary needs of the Calera and Birmingham areas of Alabama since January 2, 2003. We are primarily a Small Animal practice, also welcoming small exotics, such as rabbits, Guinea pigs, hedgehogs, and rats. Dr. Buchanan has a special interest in Ophthalmology, and also does volunteer Veterinary Medicine for the Alabama Wildlife Center.
