  These “new owners” are NOT animal lovers! I will no longer recommend this place to anyone ! We’ve been coming here for 2 years now, never once had an issue until “new management” bought the business. I picked up my dog from a four day stay & he had a cut on his butt as well as poop on his head. Before I seen this I asked how he was the “new owner” said perfectly fine. Walked out & noticed the cut right away. My dog is an English Bulldog his rear is out in the open, no tail covering it so there is no reason why I shouldn’t have been told about this! I went back in to the “new owner” & ask what happen. All I got fed was “I don’t know” “maybe it’s because of his breed” because he’s an English Bulldog. The cut wasn’t near his butt or around it, it was inside! I told them to look at the cameras to find out EXACTLY what happen because I may need to take him to the vet if it was caused by someone or another dog. They soon later said he had some diarrhea & they had to frequently wipe him with a wipe & “maybe” that’s where the cut came from or he scrapes it on the blacktop. My dogs butt doesn’t even touch the floor when he sits. It’s absolutely unbelievable that, that is what happened. They then brought up that he’s difficult because his stool is watery. My dog was going weekly I always ask staff regularly how he is. They always reassure me he is one of the best dogs they have. It’s very clear whoever was emailing me did not know what they were talking about & we’re feeding me lies. I noticed the poop on his head once I left & called them immediately. They had no explanation for why there was poop on him. No dog should have feces on them, so I asked if they can give him a bath because I don’t want him to break out in welts. The lady I spoke to said they would provide me with a discount for the inconvenience then I received a email the discount was denied by the “new owner”. My dog use to love coming here. These people are NOT animal lovers !

  BEWARE - Pet resort more like death resort! This kennel allegedly lost my puppy. All I know for sure is he is gone, due to either absolute incompetence or gross negligence. Do not take your pet here. Dealing with the owners Al and Amy has turned into a disgusting shuffle of them trying to stay face but at the same time doing all the wrong things. SHAME on these two slimy business people. Taking your pet to this dump could be the last time you see your pet ever again. I'm devastated that I made that mistake. And heartbroken my little boy is gone. Please do not risk your pet with this SHAME shelter DEATH resort. - Review by Deboos Dad
