Came for my routine appointment. I did not receive a call stating that I needed a mask (this is 03/2022, mask mandates lifted, she admitted they did not tell me since they didn’t confirm verbally and it was via text) … they stated they are rescheduling me. I stated I was willing to wear a mask if they had one-they stated no masks available- mind you they have cloth Poorly fitting masks that you can see their nose. I had taken work off for this… amber stated I needed to leave. I asked to speak with the doctor- she said she was not available even though it was my appointment time. I asked for my records and stated that this is how you treat patients/customers even if they are willing to comply with a mask? She confirmed/verbally stated this is how they treat patients. Good luck! This practice has been on the down cline. Definitely not customer service oriented. I even said I’d wear the dog bandana… apparently they don’t need any patients
