Savannah Animal Hospital was founded on October 18, 1988 by Dr. Robert Pedigo and Dr. Andrea Richter. The original facility was actually the home of a river boat pilot. Initial renovations converted the building into an apartment and the animal hospital. The apartments were modified for office space in 1992. Major renovations in 1993 and in 2000 brought the hospital to its current status, including the separate Savannah Animal Hotel.Services
