It has also become necessary for us to enforce our no-show policy; a charge will be assessed if reservations are not canceled at least 24 hours prior to your dog’s scheduled stay. This policy helps us to provide appropriate staffing, and make our services available to those parents/ dogs who can really use them at that time. During our busiest periods, weekends and holidays, we try to safely accommodate everyone. Your timely cancellations will allow us to include those members who need reservations, but are on our Wait List.
