Hillsboro Animal Clinic was established by Dr. Norman Galle and his wife Connie, who worked hard to build the business into a thriving veterinary practice, with many ties to the agriculture community. Dr. Jessica and Scott Winter purchased the practice in June of 2014 eager to continue to provide high-quality, cutting edge rural veterinary medicine.
