Animal Care Center opened its doors on June 1st, 1983. The practice was built as a two doctor practice by Dr. Larry Knight and Dr. William Wheat. The original facility was built with the idea of comprehensive veterinary medical and surgical care. The practice was initially comprised of approximately 60% small animal and 40% large animal.
