The owners, Ania and Brian Brenham, have been animal lovers since they were children. Fate brought them together while Brian was serving in the US Army as a Combat Medic stationed in Germany and the oilfield steered them to Shreveport Louisiana during the Haynesville Shale boom. In 2010 they bought property from an agent involved in Dog Rescue and it wasn't long before the first of many animals wandered on to their land in need of assistance. With the guidance of rescue professionals, veterinary assistants and doctors they learned, and continue to learn, about the behavioral, social, and medical needs of a large variety of dog breeds.
