Petsitters is based out of the beautiful upper peninsula of Michigan. It was established in 2002 as a way to give owners a reliable way to provide care for their pets when they are traveling and can't take them with. Originally started as an in-home service, customers soon realized the excellent quality of care that was provided to their pets and the business grew quickly. In 2005 it became a boarding facility. We finished building our brand new location in 2015. The owner, Amber Sodergren, has been an avid pet lover since she was a child and now constantly strives to improve the stay of our furry friends. Our staff specializes in senior and special needs pets and are willing to put in the extra effort it takes to ensure all of our guests are as happy and comfortable as possible.
