When you have to be away Pet Prairie has been offering dogs a fun and safe place to stay since 2003. We provide your canine companion with a loving and secure environment. Our dog boarding facility offers clean and comfortable accommodations in a rural setting.

It is our mission to provide you with peace of mind and give your pet a sweet retreat each time they are here.

Pet Prairie’s pet boarding facility is conveniently located near Boone, and Valle Crucis in Sugar Grove, NC. Your dog will enjoy recess in our large green space and a private indoor/outdoor doggie apartment, available for single or double occupancy.

Our on site store, Prairie Provisions specializes in products made in the USA. We offer human grade pet food and treats, chews, collars, fleeces, toys and more. Tested and approved by Don Juan Diego, Annie Oakley, Carly Lou and Feller!
