I have been fascinated by dogs since I was a little girl, always wanting to make them feel safe and care for them. I felt a special connection with dogs (and cats). I've been passionate in learning more about their behavior and optimal nutritional health, and the bond between dogs and their human companions. I attended groom school in 2000 as my mother-in-law, Ruth, encouraged me to do. I graduated at the top of my class and, ever since, knew I was on the right path in life. I know I was meant to be a groomer. As a couple of years passed, grooming dogs and cats in my basement, something in me wanted to do so much more! I felt the need to change the pet industry in my community. I wanted to find a way to better care for our pets in our home town. I started by sitting at my kitchen table for hours, drawing up my "dream facility", that I wanted everyone to be confident to come to. I am here to say that dreams do come true. I now have a successful facility, with a wonderful and caring staff.

Still, to this day, I strive to learn more about the pet industry and am very passionate to improve the lives of pets and pet owners.
