We do require pets to be up to date on vaccines, their yearly exam, have an appropriate temperament, be spayed/neutered, be less than 80 pounds, and have a current negative stool check for parasites. If all of these apply, we would be honored to have your pet stay with us!

Our leadership at Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital recently met to make a joint decision on our vaccination requirements for boarding pets. It was decided that, since the health and safety of the pets in our care was our top priority, and a Canine Flu outbreak at our facility would be devastating on many levels, we will require all of our canine guests to receive the Canine Flu vaccination so that-- Effective August 15th, 2018: our facility will require vaccination against Canine Influenza virus for all of our canine guests.
