As you drive through the gated entrance and pull onto the wooded grounds, the quiet natural beauty that surrounds you is most inviting.

Besides the natural beauty of the land, it is also somewhat of a crossroads of history. A rock enclosed, spring-fed cistern near the kennel is believed to have been used by Cherokee Chief Black Fox and his tribe.
