I’ve been coming to the Camp Bow Wow in Mount Juliet, TN for about two years now. However, today I was mistreated by one of the employees checking me out. When checking out I asked the employee if I had my card on file. She replied no, so I asked her if she could please put it on file for me. Instead of putting my card on file, she wrote my debit card information down on a piece of paper before retrieving my dog. When she came back and handed me my dog, she handed back my card along with my receipt for the day. I asked her if she would put my card information in now because I didn’t like that piece of information containing access to my money just sitting on a counter for people to see. She told me she would do it later and would throw away the piece of paper once she was finished. I explained to her politely that I did not feel comfortable with that because that’s bad practice because that type of information is supposed to be disposed of properly. Therefore, I asked if I could have the piece of paper that had my car information on it. She then rolled her eyes at me and threw the piece of paper at me. I was so shocked because all I did was ask for the piece of paper back. After all, I didn’t feel comfortable with how she was handling my card information. I asked to see her manager and she ignored me and went to go get the other customer's dog that was behind me in line. Another employee came out and I asked him if I could speak to the manager. Tyler, the manager, came out to speak with me and I explained to him what happened. He didn’t say a word to me. Not even an apology. So, I walked out. I will not be coming back to this location.
