  NEVER BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE.... We have been boarding our dogs here for almost 2 years. We brought them there for doggy daycare, and grooming with occasional boarding needs. Well this weekend has been by far the worst for my pups. The experience they received was not up to standards that are normally received any other time they come. Only difference this time is that I have added a fur baby to our family. On the last day of boarding I received an email stating my dogs reeked of urine upon arrival and that my dog have been peeing on the wall and on its siblings. Next time that I board them, the big dog would have to have his own room. Now lets step back and mention that I did bathe my dogs a day prior to their arrival as I called prior to ask for prices of bathes in case I was not able to give them one before arrival at the boarding facility. My dogs are house dogs and have never peed in the house or anywhere other than outside. My dogs are house trained, we have not had any accidents or anything since they were about 4 months. I asked Beverly to give me a call as I needed to discuss the email further. I went to pick my dogs up and I immediately smelled the urine on them especially my big dog. First thing he did was try to jump on me and I hit him on the top of his head as he knows that is not what we do when greeting someone. I immediately felt his paws being wet from the urine. He did not yelp or cry but shook it off and came back and sat down as he knows that is how we greet. I place them in my vehicle as I retrieve the leashes from the staff member. I get home and bathe my dogs as this was my first priority as they smelled like they have been laying in urine the last 4 days. I write Beverly an email as she was not at the facility during pickup to address all of these concerns. One thing that I had requested was a 50% refund as my boarding needs were not met. (Dogs playing all day and have multiple breaks to use the bathroom). I get a call about 30 minutes later and Beverly states that she is calling the cops on me for animal abuse. She says that she has this all recorded on her video footage outside of the facility and her staff member called her about it once I left. She states that she was in the grooming room when my dogs arrived and they smelled like urine (HOW SWAY???). She then mentions that she will be reporting to the cops theft if she refunds the 50% of the services as "we have met your boarding needs". She then continuously repeats the same things again plus my dogs are no longer welcomed to this boarding facility again and this is all I have to say an hangs up. My dogs will NEVER be returning to this facility. Dogs and Humans are not to be treated this way. The disrespect, attitude and aggression towards the whole situation is just unnecessary. To save everyone from the stress and your dogs not being loved, DO NOT BOARD THEM OR USE ANY SERVICES HERE. Worst nightmare.
