Krieger’s Ridge resides on 80 acres of Wisconsin farmland. We are located just north of West Bend, about a 45 minute drive from Milwaukee. There is always an abundance of wildlife including deer, wild turkey, Canada geese, pheasant and ducks, along with a few bobwhite quail and chukar partridge. Acres of planted fields and 3 ponds await the many dogs that have come to board or train here on the “Ridge”. The kennel building is heated, each dog will have its own individual indoor – outdoor run. All dogs must show proof of vaccination upon visiting. While you are away, you may request that your dog be taken for walks, go for a swim, have us throw bumpers or balls, or even have us work with your dog.

We have trained many different types of dogs. Some for family obedience, some for hunting. When training, we pride ourselves on developing a program that is tailored to your dogs temperament, your hunting style and needs. We offer two types of training services: In House - where your dog is left with us and we train it six days out of the week. On this plan we encourage you to come out to train, as often as possible, so that we can assist you in learning how to handle your dog once it completes training. The second option is by appointment- you call and set up a day and time to come out with your dog for an hourly lesson.
