In 2006, Dr. Emily White Carter purchased Paragould Animal Clinic from Dr. James Laird. Today, Dr. Carter is one of our practicing veterinarians supported by a team of professional and experienced receptionists, veterinary technicians & assistants, and a pet groomer. Our goal is to provide the highest quality veterinary care possible, educate our clients on their pet’s health, and always make our clients and patients feel comfortable and welcome during their visit with us.
