The hotel was built in 2014 according to the construction technology based on LSTK. Buildings constructed using this technology are favorably distinguished by high operational characteristics inherent in metal structures, and, importantly, environmental friendliness. Our hotel for dogs has designs from LSTK which are well protected from the influence of biological and humidity-temperature processes.
The architectural bureau designed the Dog Village hotel, taking into account the norms of technological design NTP-APK1.10.07.002-02, the requirements of the existing construction, sanitary, as well as the norms and rules of fire safety.

The ventilated facade of the building and the mineral-cotton insulation KNAUF Insulation perfectly retain heat, they do not have any components harmful to the health of the dog, they are characterized by fire safety and excellent soundproof properties. All construction materials used in construction and finishing work are certified, which confirms their environmental friendliness.

Dog beds at the hotel were designed and manufactured by our order as a leading manufacturer of aluminum profiles. The lounger is made of anodized aluminum, the seal inserted into the side beam of the bed, allows even the smallest dog to jump comfortably on it.
The pillows of the beds are protected by waterproof mattress covers, the covers are sewn from Euroflock IQ (anti-claw).

Dog walking is carried out in a safe area of ​​a quarter hectare, every three weeks in the spring-autumn period, insect-acaricidal treatment of the hotel and the adjacent territory is carried out within a radius of 5 meters from the ermine ticks of the genera Dermacentor and Rhipicephalus. All tick treatment products are certified and comply with the norms and rules (SanPiN 3.5.2.1376-03 Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizing and conducting pest control measures against synanthropic arthropods).

If necessary, emergency veterinary care is provided 24 hours a day.



Our hotel has a video surveillance system. It so happened that you can not spend a vacation with a dog. Leaving your dog at our Hotel, you can watch him at any time of the day or night (webcams with night vision function), anywhere in the world, having access to the Internet, using webcams and chat with him via Skype.
